We currently have an opening for a Director of Sales Force Recruiting.
ESSENTAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned.)
Recruit and select individuals to become contracted sales advisors with Catholic Family Life Insurance. Develop, implement and manage a program of company sponsored recruiting programs.
Assist agency building general agents with recruiting efforts.
Participate with the Director of Agency Operations and others in design of field compensation and contracts.
Assist the Director of Agency Operations in sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting, as requested. Responsible for meeting field sales force hiring goals.
Participate in development of long-range corporate strategic plan. Leads the creation of the long-term vision and strategy for attracting and retaining agents. Develop and implement operational plans to support strategic plan.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise subordinate staff. Maintain and direct an adequate staff, administer staff appraisal, salary and compensation programs in conformance with Catholic Family Life Insurance policies, rules and procedures. Responsibilities include performing or working with other members of management on a regular basis.
Directly supervise brokerage general agents and brokerage agents contracted with the society. Responsibilities include selecting and training of brokers, administering brokerage general agent and brokerage contracts and adherence with society policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience:
This position requires the equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing as well as a minimum of five years of sales training and recruiting experience.
Certificates, licenses, registrations:
Life and health insurance license required.
FLMI, CLU or FIC designation helpful.
Series 6 or 7 securities license helpful.
