You have provided Catholic Family Life Insurance with certain nonpublic personal information such as your name, age, residence, marital status and social security number. If you have life insurance, other products, or a mortgage with us, you may have provided us with employment or financial information. In the process of underwriting your policy, you may have authorized us to obtain further information concerning your health history, avocations, credit-worthiness. and other personal characteristics. You may have provided this information on applications and forms, via the telephone, or through our website.

We maintain the highest levels of confidentiality concerning your nonpublic personal information. Catholic Family restricts access to your nonpublic personal information to employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect this information.

Should we be required to disclose information in connection with civil or criminal litigation, subpoena, or to prevent fraud, we must comply with such laws or rules that require us to do so, but such instances are exceedingly rare.

We are a fraternal benefit society that has always been committed to protecting the privacy of our members and customers.

Other than in the course of normal standard business operations, there are no affiliated financial institutions or third party, non affiliates which have access to your nonpublic personal information, except pursuant to your written authorization. We never sell lists of the names and addresses of any of our members or customers to any vendor of goods or services.

Should we retain any organization to assist with any of our operations, such as printing or marketing services on our behalf, we will require that it protect the confidentiality of all information and use it only to perform the services for which we hired them.

Our policy of protecting the security of nonpublic personal information also extends to former insureds, consumers and customers who no longer have an association with us.

Finally, please be assured that the information in our insurance files will always be available to you for correction or change when appropriate.
